Natural ingredients are one of the keys to our success. The centers of our chocolates are old school and the recipes are over 85 years old (only changing during war time when shortages demanded substitutes). For instance, we use real cream in our Fudge as opposed to lower quality substitutes. The chocolate coatings are made from cocoa beans from around the world with high butter fat content.
